Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Falcon Hunt services. By accessing or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms. Our primary markets are the United States and Canada.
1. About Falcon Hunt
Falcon Hunt is an AI-powered B2B lead generation service that identifies verified decision makers, conducts multi-channel outreach on behalf of clients and delivers warm leads and booked appointments. Our services are provided through monthly subscription packages as detailed on our website. Falcon Hunt is registered in the United States.
2. Eligibility
By using our services you represent that you are a business entity or individual operating a legitimate B2B service business in the United States, Canada or other supported markets. Our services are intended for business use only and are not available to individuals for personal, family or household purposes.
3. Service Packages and Pricing
Falcon Hunt offers three subscription tiers:
Package A — $997 per month plus a one-time $300 setup fee
Package B — $1,497 per month plus a one-time $300 setup fee
Package C — $2,497 per month plus a one-time $300 setup fee
All pricing is in USD. Monthly fees are charged in advance on a rolling monthly basis. Setup fees are non-refundable. Founding client pricing may differ as agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to our services you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are due in advance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments of more than 7 days.
5. No Minimum Contract
Falcon Hunt operates on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum contract term. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice to legal@falconhunt.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Service Guarantee
We commit to delivering the lead volumes and booked appointments specified in your selected package. If we fail to deliver the minimum guaranteed leads in any given month we will extend your service by two additional weeks at no charge. This guarantee is subject to your timely provision of the required ICP information and approval of outreach materials.
7. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete Ideal Customer Profile information within 48 hours of onboarding
Review and approve outreach messages before deployment — we will not send without your approval
Respond to warm leads in a timely manner — we recommend within 24 hours
Ensure your business and its services comply with all applicable US and Canadian laws
Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
8. Human Approval Gates
Falcon Hunt operates a mandatory human approval system. Before any outreach is sent on your behalf you will receive a preview for review and approval. No messages will be sent without your explicit sign-off. This applies to all outreach sequences and any material changes to messaging.
9. CAN-SPAM and CASL Compliance
All outreach conducted by Falcon Hunt on behalf of clients complies with the CAN-SPAM Act for US recipients and CASL for Canadian recipients. This includes:
Clear identification of the sender in all messages
Inclusion of a physical address in all email communications
A clear and functional unsubscribe mechanism in every email
Honouring of opt-out requests within 10 business days
No deceptive subject lines or misleading sender information
Clients are responsible for ensuring their own business practices comply with applicable laws in their target markets.
10. Data and Confidentiality
All prospect data generated through our services remains the property of the client upon delivery. We will not share, sell or use your client data or business information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services. We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, systems, processes and materials developed by Falcon Hunt remain the intellectual property of Falcon Hunt. Clients are granted a limited licence to use deliverables solely for their own business development purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute or commercialise our systems or methodologies.
12. Limitation of Liability
Falcon Hunt's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of our services. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or conversion rates as these depend on factors outside our control including client sales capability and market conditions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Falcon Hunt, its officers, directors and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these terms or your violation of any applicable US or Canadian law.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately in cases of breach of these terms, non-payment or use of our services for unlawful purposes. Upon termination all client data will be returned or deleted within 30 days upon written request.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
